Processing Time

All products are made to order through external fulfillment partners. The average processing time is 2–5 business days.

Shipping Time

After production, your order will be shipped. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Netherlands: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

Total Delivery Time

The total delivery time is approximately 7–12 business days, depending on your location. These timeframes are estimates and may vary.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination.

Fulfillment

We work with external fulfillment partners (such as Printful). As a result, orders may be produced and shipped from different locations worldwide.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders (such as outside the EU), customs duties, VAT, or other fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • carriers

  • customs

  • holidays or high demand

  • other external factors

Risk Transfer

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

Incorrect Address Information

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrectly provided address details.
