Return & Refund Policy – Pairfectwear

Returns

All our products are made to order through an external fulfillment partner. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

We strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing an order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pairfectwear@gmail.com and include clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is approved, we will provide a replacement or a suitable solution at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you qualify for a replacement (for example, due to a defect or error), we will arrange this for you free of charge.


EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days.

However, under EU law, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for products that are made to order. As our products are produced on demand, this right does not apply.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • the product is defective

  • or an error was made in the order

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if the above conditions are not met.
